Preach joins the crew - Official Reveal
Hello, Starfinders! ✨
It’s time to make it official… Behold the reveal of an additional member of the Starfinder: Afterlight crew, it’s Preach.
One moment, that voice…? 👀
If you’ve paid attention or are familiar with his work, you may have recognized him.
It’s Neil Newbon! (Baldur's Gate 3, Resident Evil Village). Working with him as our Voice Director has been phenomenal (and will continue to be!), but it was hard not to fantasize about the idea of having his talent among the other actors giving life to the characters of SF:A. His charismatic voice perfectly embodies the vision we have for Preach.
Who’s Preach?
Preach is a Shirren (Class: Mystic), devoted to mentoring and protecting the Golden One: a prophesied larva miracle of Hylax that accompanies this adventure. Neil will infuse this sage with a distinctive personality, following the journey toward becoming a famous High Priest. Of course, whether (or how) this destiny is fulfilled will depend entirely on your choices and how you handle the challenges of the galaxy.

Our main cast is shaping up to be something truly special. The lineup revealed so far includes:

This is already an absolute dream team, but we are not done yet.
Thanks to your support, we’ll soon reach the next stretch goal: Full Voice Acting. This means all side quests include Voice Work as well. Actors like Carolina, Melissa, or Inel make our characters shine, and we want to infuse more of that quality into the entire game.
